Keep your oven performing at its best with a fresh door seal. Over time, seals naturally become discolored, stiff, or lose their shape due to heat and contamination from baking. If yours looks flat, feels rigid, shows gaps when the door is closed, or no longer connects securely, it’s time for a replacement. A new seal restores proper insulation, helps maintain even temperatures, and improves overall baking results.
Depending on usage, we typically recommend replacing the door seal every 6–12 months to ensure optimal performance.

To maximize the life of your oven’s door seal, you can remove it from the frame and periodically soak it in hot water to help break down any baked-in debris. After soaking, gently rub out as much debris as possible, rinse the seal with warm water, and allow it to fully air dry before reinstalling it.
